The World’s Best Crêpes

I’m not sure I can actually claim that, but they were pretty darn good. I basically invented the recipe today and they turned out great! If you want to be cool like me, follow this recipe:

(Makes about 15 large crêpes in a 9 inch pan)

-5 eggs
-3 tbsp sugar
-2 cups flour
